Planning Consultancy & Project Management

Our planning services include the preparation and submission of Planning Applications for all types of uses and developments, negotiation with Planners, Planning Appeals and Planning Committee or Planning Enforcement assistance.

We work closely with both Local Planning Authorities in the area, Scarborough Borough Council and North York Moors National Park.

Our experience in project management varies from commercial developments to residential conversions/repairs.

For commercial projects our Chartered Surveyor has the necessary Health and Safety CDM Co-ordinator Qualifications.

We have experience tendering both small and large projects to local contractors.
